Event and Seminar Solutions
Our conference rooms can be used for event and seminar solutions. Our facilities offer a variety of seating and room arrangements at East County Biz Center. The conference table fits 8 and there is room for an additional 20 chairs behind the table. Larger tables can be rented if required. We have monitors, overhead projectors and audio systems for PowerPoint or on-line presentations. The monitors and overhead projectors can be easily be plugged into personal laptop computers.
Each of our facilities are very well located with lots of free parking, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops and near public transportation.
The conference room rates are as follows:
$100 for one half day
$150 for one full day

Reservations should be made in advance and payment must be received by us at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Note: Most Biz Center tenants and Service clients have discounted rates for conference and seminar room use.
East County Biz Center has many additional services available to clients to help them develop and market their seminars.
Clients can choose as few or as many of the services as they wish to prepare, administer and present their seminar.

Seminar Services Offered

- Project overview and identification of target market clientele
- Test marketing
- Review and/or preparation of program material including power point presentation assistance
- Develop hand out materials
- Develop point of sale materials (CD/DVD, booklets, pamphlets, books)
- Review of practice presentation
Advertising and marketing:
- Preparation of the presentation flier for internet and/or print distribution
- Distribution of the flier via Email to our database of opt-in San Diego contacts
- Preparation and submission of press releases and articles
- Distribution to local Chambers of Commerce
- Distribution to local business associations, merchants and small businesses
- We can also coordinate distributions for clients through their database as needed
- Event scheduling
- Coordinate sales through our web site seminar feature
- Collect attendee fees
- Manage attendance
- Greet, meet, coordinate attendees the day of the event
- Coordinate refreshments as needed
- Audio or video record the event as needed
