Your Seminars
Many businesses are introducing their products or services by offering seminars and/or classes. ECBC has the only facility of its kind in East County. We have flexible seating for up to 30. We also have a 40 inch monitor and audio system for PowerPoint or on-line presentations. The monitor can also easily be plugged into a personal laptop computer. The facility is very well located with lots of free parking, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops and near public transportation.
The seminar space can be rented for:
$100 for one half day
$150 for one full day
Reservations can be made in advance and payment must be received prior to the event.
East County Biz Center, through its affiliate marketing company TMD America has many additional services available to clients to help them develop and market their seminar. Clients can choose as few or as many of the services as they wish to prepare, administer and present their seminar. Services are broken down into several segments:
Presentation preparation:
Project overview and identification of target market clientele
Test marketing
Course/Seminar development
Review and/or preparation of program material including power point presentation assistance
Develop hand out materials
Develop point of sale materials (CD/DVD, booklets, pamphlets, books)
Review of practice presentation
Advertising and marketing
Preparation of the presentation flier for internet and/or print distribution
Distribution of the flier via Email to our database of 58,000 opt-in San Diego contacts
Preparation and submittal of press releases and articles
Distribution to local Chambers of Commerce
Distribution to local business associations, merchants and small businesses
We can also coordinate distributions for clients through their database as needed

Coordinate sales through our web site seminar feature
Collect attendee fees
Manage attendance
Greet, meet, coordinate attendees the day of the event
Coordinate refreshments as needed
Audio or video record the event as needed
