Clients are able to schedule the use of the part time space with our unique, easy to use scheduling system. Our clients can be on the phone with a prospect or client and confirm their office space reservation date, time and location as their completing their phone call.
Our Conference/Seminar rooms are excellent meeting rooms partially due to our convenient access and ample parking. We are also very close to public transportation with both the bus lines and the San Diego trolley. Our seminar room features an overhead projector and sound system. Clients can bring their Power Point or other form of presentation on a CD, DVD, flash drive or, they can plug in their personal lap top or access the internet. We offer more part time office availability. Also known as part time or shared office, we have a receptionist available during business hours to meet and greet clients, receive documents and deliver documents and coordinate special copy, postage and concierge services for our clients.
